Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so 24 hours prior to your session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend the session, you will be expected to cover the costs of the session unless the cancellation is due to an emergency. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be billed a rescheduling fee of $50.00 that must be paid before your next session unless rescheduling is due to an emergency.
Complimentary Session Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at your earliest convenience. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend the session, you will not be eligible for a Complimentary Session. I am always open to discussing exceptions in case of emergencies.
Refund Policy
A refund will be sent to “Client” when “Client” has paid in full and cancels a session without rescheduling. Notification of cancellation must be sent 24 hours before the “Client’s” scheduled session.
