Absolute Blessing

I have had the absolute blessing of working with Rachael in both group and individual healing sessions and both have been a truly transformative experience for me. In my individual sessions we were able to release some very restrictive energies and move through some dense emotional blockages. In the group sessions I found a sense of clarity during some of the most intense changes in my entire life which helped me pivot, discover new opportunities for growth in places I hadn’t been looking, and explore ways to help myself find a new direction and work through some of the challenges that come with changes both mentally and emotionally.
